Construction Project Manager in Nationwide

Job description

Job Title: Construction Project Manager (Warehouse / Industrial) Location: UK wide with Homework Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Company Car Working for the leading supplier to the construction and building industry, as a Construction Project Manager you will be tasked with delivering maintenance, refurbishment and general construction projects to the portfolio of estates (100+ UK wide). Key Responsibilities: To develop, articulate and implement a clear brief for projects. Develop designs, specifications and tenders to ensure the cost-efficient procurement of works. Benchmark specifications across the business to incorporate health and safety and operational requirements. Ensure a consistent, transparent and statutory level of H&S compliance is delivered on New Build, Fit out and maintenance and improvement projects to the business. Strong relations and early stakeholder engagement are required to manage expectations. Ownership of capex and ER processes and coordination with Finance to ensure financial propriety, good planning and approval processes are adhered to. The perfect candidate would possess: Experience in working in a multi-site environment. Strong technical background. Budget management. Dealing with 3rd Parties.
