Job Title: Construction Project Manager (Warehouse / Industrial) Location: UK wide with Homework Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Company Car Working for the leading supplier to the construction and building industry, as a Construction Project Manager you will be tasked with delivering maintenance, refurbishment and general construction projects to the portfolio of estates (100+ UK wide). Key Responsibilities: To develop, articulate and implement a clear brief for projects. Develop designs, specifications and tenders to ensure the cost-efficient procurement of works. Benchmark specifications across the business to incorporate health and safety and operational requirements. Ensure a consistent, transparent and statutory level of H&S compliance is delivered on New Build, Fit out and maintenance and improvement projects to the business. Strong relations and early stakeholder engagement are required to manage expectations. Ownership of capex and ER processes and coordination with Finance to ensure financial propriety, good planning and approval processes are adhered to. The perfect candidate would possess: Experience in working in a multi-site environment. Strong technical background. Budget management. Dealing with 3rd Parties.
