IT Support Engineer in London - South

4 - 40 hours per week

Job description

An energetic technology company, based in Surbiton, are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their fast-growing company. The purpose of this role is to provide day-to-day technical support to colleagues in the head office and remote home-based users. The suitable candidate will have a willingness to invest in the company and build relationships. Responsibilities: Provision of 1 st and 2 nd line desktop, network, telephone and server support. Manage weekly vulnerability scanning processes and provide recommendations. Support of remote workers (RDS/Sonicwall remote VPN). Configuring and maintaining equipment PCs, MAC, printers and laptops. Work on Projects such as system upgrades and improvements. Liaise with 3 rd party vendors. Skills: Strong Windows 10 support. TCP/IP understanding. Support IP telephony systems. Experience with Microsoft Office 365/Exchange.
