We partner with exciting early stage digital businesses that leverage new technology to bring innovation to their bridge the gap between agile early stage businesses and large corporates which proven delivery track ; We sit side by side with our partner start-ups, pitching their proposition to our own client base, allowing them to speak to decision makers immediately. Our start-up partners are empowered to think big and act big, while retaining their own brand, culture, identity, agility and negotiating terms with clients and suppliers, on an equal ; Role The analyst role is the entry level on the our ‘partner track’. This role is for high potential graduates, from top universities to gain a grounding in the disciplines of our company. As part of this role you will receive training in the fundamental aspects of us, which includes: 1. Research and analysis – including market analysis, company profiling and competitor research 2. Marketing and Sales – including B2B sales strategy, business development and content marketing creation 3. Finance – including financial statement analysis, financial modelling, equity valuation and VC deal origination Responsibilities Analysts will typically work with one of our existing start up partners, supporting Associates and Principals across three main areas of deal activity: 1. Origination • Completing market research • Assessing potential partner companies against our investment criteria • Attend pitch events and pursue other opportunities to develop new leads 2. Due diligence / partner close • Competitor and market analysis • Building and maintaining financial models • Risk analysis and mitigation 3. Live sales • Producing high quality material both for us and Partner pitches • Market research and production of client engagement plans • Pipeline generation and monitoring for partner companies • Attending client meetings, alongside partner companies, representing us and our partners Key skills • Highly articulate with strong communication skills • Entrepreneurial attitude and outlook • Highly motivated team player • High level of numeracy and inductive reasoning • Strong emotional intelligence • Curiosity and willingness to learn Culture In addition, the team culture is paramount to the success of us and each member of the team is proactive in contributing to the following areas: • Ongoing training and development for with the team • Building both the companies and personal networks to develop advocates within and outside of our business • Attending external networking events and conferences • Developing commercial and presentational skills to progress to Associate level of our partner track Education • Maths A-Level (B or higher) or equivalent • Strong degree from top university ( or higher) or equivalent
