This is an extremely exciting opportunity to get in on the ground level at a fast growing and innovative start-up. We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Operations Executive that will help improve our courier onboarding, engagement and client performance processes. In collaboration with the local team, you will help us build the highest quality fleet possible, streamline the courier communication and feedback processes as well as respond to operational and commercial challenges. You will be reporting directly to the local City Manager. Key Responsibilities: Leading the onboarding process for new couriers Travelling to nearby cities to conduct in-person onboarding sessions Conducting courier onboarding sessions which includes checking Right to Work and insurance documents Responding to ongoing courier queries, issues and feedback Providing insight on the courier experience and suggesting potential improvements Working closely alongside the Courier Operations team to streamline processes City and client performance analysis - spotting trends and potential operational fixes Project based improvements - lead and take ownership of a project for improving how the company operates Key Requirements: Proven organisational and planning skills Be data-driven and passionate about problem-solving - no day is the same! Willing to learn a business from the ground up and not be afraid to champion your opinion/ideas An ability to work autonomously / independent mindset and able to use initiative Calm and composed under pressure Excellent people and communication skills Previous experience in operations or logistics is a big plus!
