They provide material to thousands of physicians, including congress reviews, as well as breaking news, analysis and access to information of unparalleled ;The journals span across a wide range of therapeutic areas including Neurology, Gastroenterology and Urology, with all the publications and articles freely available and accessible to our online community to read and share. The content reviews the leading congress within the therapeutic area and are supported by internationally renowned editorial board members. This fantastic medical group are looking for a driven individual to join their growing Client Services team. This person will work alongside all the departments to help manage client projects from initial booking through to publication and repeat business. Individuals will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on the production of articles, interviews, adverts and email campaigns. They will also work closely with the Sales and Finance departments on the booking and invoices processes. Key Responsibilities: To manage client projects from initial booking through to publication and project completion Ensuring projects are all kept on schedule and under budget To create and adapt project timelines to accommodate all stakeholders and be able to have contingency plans as needed To meet financial objectives, prepare schedules and manage expenditures. Travel Europe attending congresses and interacting with clients as part of the role To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and win over new ones. To liaise with businesses via telephone and email to understand clients’ expectations and achieve 100% client satisfaction. To liaise with internal departments to ensure project briefs are communicated fully and expectations are managed To submit project status reports to management and stakeholders To keep in contact with clients after publication to build relationships and increase repeat business To keep abreast of changes to policies, processes and procedures To communicate effectively with all departments Look at ways to improve processes, save time and money, and add value to clients and client offering Key Requirements : Degree or equivalent, relevant qualification Exceptional communication and customer service skills – email, phone & face-to-face Comfortable building relationships and networking with anyone Experience in a Client Facing / Customer Services position Experience in Project Management / Coordination Excellent organisational & time management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to think on your feet Strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Able to travel as part of the role, mainly across Europe, occasionally further afield Experience in Pharma / Healthcare (Highly desirable) PRINCE 2, Agile, or ILX PM Training (Desirable, not essential)
