Property Business Assistant My client requires a Property Business Assistant to join their team on a 10 week assignment, in their Cowley offices. Job Purpose:- To provide a full range of property and premises support duties. Provide face to face advice to visitors and site users. To redirect visitors to appropriate agencies as necessary and offer advice to enable them to gain more information for themselves. To work with contractors and suppliers as necessary with regards to access Health & Safety signposting, following security protocols. Job Responsibilities:- To be responsible for the reception area, keeping all information for the public up-to-date and well stocked in accordance with site users. To meet and greet visitors to the site, signposting both internally and externally and to act as team telephone point of ; To manage the DBS appointments for drivers and personal assistants on behalf of the Transport Hub, ensuring support to these applicants and maintain the protocols relating to the procedure and process ID badges as ; Checking and accepting Meeting Room bookings ensuring daily diary sheets are displayed on meeting room doors. Book refreshments with suppliers as requested for meetings through procurement. Ensure other resources booking ( TV/projector) procedures are followed. Ensure Meeting Rooms are tidied, restocked and put back to original ; To take responsibility for recognising all areas of premises/building health and safety raising concerns and highlighting issues. Testing of the call points for Fire alarm, Panic alarm and the checking of fire extinguishers are correctly placed. Act as fire coordinator and to assist in building evacuation. The successful candidate will have:- Previous facilities support experience including working in partnership with a contracted service and building management systems Basic Health & Safety knowledge Experience of working in a general office environment Experience of working within a front facing environment and dealing with telephone enquiries in a confident and competent manner.
