Our client has been providing services, advice and support to commissioners in and around South London since November ; Their mission is to support excellence in commissioning to improve outcomes for patients and they have set themselves up to deliver on that mission. The company offers a full range of services suitable for Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), from generic business support to enhanced commissioning services. They also provide services to NHS England that cover the whole of London and the south of England and to four local NHS providers. Their vision is to provide high quality support to commissioners to improve health and wellbeing. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of an Integrated Care System, learning how these new partnership organizations work and excellent experience for someone who wants to develop a career in system working and/or the NHS. You will be working with the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Information Officer supporting meetings and associated admin tasks. They are looking for an individual who also has the skills to turn their hand to some project work as required. They need someone flexible who is well organised and can think ahead. Ideally they would like someone with some NHS or public sector experience and/or an interest in health service/public sector management. They need someone to start with them ASAP. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of routine and non-routine work within the Integrated Care System (ICS) Programme team. Be responsible for the administration of key ICS partnership meetings including: - Plan and organise meetings - Maintain a forward look for partnership meetings - Minute/action note taking - Organise attendees and speaker if required - Room availability/facilities - Organising special requirement - Catering facilities. Manage the diary for the Chief Information Officer Liaise with internal and external organisations for obtaining updates and information Undertake projects/research as required in relation to the key partnership meetings and our digital workstream Produce reports in Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Maintain an organised online filing structure (Microsoft SharePoint) Liaising with NHS Digital & NHSEI and resolving their information requests when appropriate. Other associated administrative processes.
