Digital & Innovation Analyst - Innovation Analyst in Bradford

The Morrisons Digital team are looking for a looking for an Innovation Analyst responsible for supporting the Digital & Innovation team to introduce relevant, benefit driving, business opportunities. You will join our team based at our head office in Bradford, West Yorkshire. 

As a passionate individual about helping to create the best user experience, enabled by the best ways of working and technologies for the task, the role holder will advise stakeholders, and the broader organisation.

You'll be accountable for things like this as our Innovation Analyst:

• Scoping future trends across the market for new ways of working and concepts. 

• Identifying, mapping and tracking business problems and opportunities. 

• Building productive relationships across Morrisons, listening to colleagues and customers to respond to changing needs. 

• To support value creating discussions across teams who seek similar opportunities. 

• To support the Digital & Innovation team to track and manage activity.
