About The Role

The Morrisons Digital team are looking for a Business Change Specialist responsible for supporting Morrisons realise value creating business change across ways of working. You will join our team based at our head office in Bradford, West Yorkshire. 

As a passionate individual about helping to create the best user experience, enabled by the best ways of working and technologies for the task. The role holder will advise stakeholders, and the broader organisation across opportunities to reduce wasted effort and speed up and simplify ways of working using productivity tools such as the Google Suite. 

You'll be accountable for things like this as our Business Change Specialist

  • Scoping future trends across productivity tools

  • Identifying, mapping and tracking areas of wasted effort for individuals and teams centrally, in sites and our stores

  • Building productive relationships across Morrisons, listening to colleagues and customers to respond to changing needs

  • Working closely with Technology Workplace and Security teams who would need to enable any new features

  • Mapping benefits including across improved mobility, flexibility, agility and resilience

  • Creating discussions across teams who seek similar opportunities

  • Working with the team to facilitate opportunities to share learnings, bring to life concepts and create learning opportunities for all around the business: virtually and in person

  • To support the Digital & Innovation team to track and manage activity

  • Technically adapt to use and apply new features of productivity tools
