Digital & Innovation Specialist - Business Analyst in Bradford

We’re recruiting for a BA to join our Digital & Innovation team at our support centre in Bradford on a full time, permanent basis.

In the role you’ll be effectively engaging with the business and facilitating Group wide business and Technology change at a strategic and project level.  

In the role you’ll do things like this:
   

• Provide and lead in-depth business analysis

• Provide design and engagement expertise to support the technology strategy
     

• Development and change activity with the business

• 
  Work within the agreed business engagement, enterprise architecture and delivery framework and governance to produce business technology strategy and roadmap
     

• Provide detailed solution requirements and design and the translation of these into detailed functional designs and specification that balance the needs of the business, solution capability and delivery constraints (time, cost and quality)

• Experience in Business analysis, Process analysis and design, Business engagement and change
     

• Requirements analysis and management experience
     

• Agile & lean experience

• RFI/RFP experience
