Vacancy for 37.5 hour NVQ clerical apprentice within the safeguarding team at Derriford

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time NVQ clerical apprentice to join the busy Safeguarding team at Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust. The post holder will gain valuable experience in clerical administration and organisation of clerical systems within the safeguarding team.

You will be highly motivated to provide and administrative services including, answering phones, taking messages, preparation of agendas and minutes, supporting with project management, information gathering and enquires and general clerical duties.

You will be a key part of a developing administrative team to provide continuous improvement of the safeguarding service.

The successful candidate will embrace the challenge of working in a highly demanding environment where, the ability to deal with often difficult subjects, excellent customer service skills, prioritisation skills including time management and attention to detail are paramount.
