What are you going to do:
The postholder will:
- Process and handle industry sensitive, personal, and confidential information in a professional and responsible manner in compliance with GDPR.
- Be able to present findings, and report in a way which is understandable by technical and non-technical team members.
- Manage master data, including creation, updates, and deletion
- Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with other stakeholders where necessary.
- Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
- Helping develop reports and analysis.
- Working with application development team to support the design and of the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
- Supporting the data reporting systems in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
- Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalisation.
- Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.
- Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
- Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
- Training end users on new reports and dashboards.
- Providing technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
What we offer:
- Salary £12-15k (pro rata) during 3 month Internship. This will be reviewed if the post becomes permanent
- 25 Days annual Leave plus Bank Holidays (pro rata)

What we ask:
- At least finished college A levels

- Ability to analyse use of existing tools and databases and provide recommendations for improvement. Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- High level of understanding of common database applications
- High level of skill with MS Access, MS Excel, SQL (not essential) and other common data analysis or scripting applications and tools
- Good working ability with other key MS Office applications
- Personal and professional integrity
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivation and be able to work unsupervised
