Part-time Office Manager in London

IB Boost is a software development and services house based in London. We have an office near Canary Wharf and are looking for an Office Manager to support us in our day-to-day operations.

15 - 25 hours per week
Between £25,000 and £30,000 Per Year

What are you going to do:

We envision this role progressing into an Operations Manager role (so much heavier on the tech front) so this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the technology field. You must have the following - - Superb organisation and prioritisation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word and Powerpoint) - Familiarity with Windows (wiping drives, reinstalling Windows, adding users)

The full-time equivalent salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 and this will be pro-rated based on hours worked, which we would expect to be 15-25 based on your availability. We are flexible as to when these hours are worked, although they will need to be during standard operating hours (M-F 8a-6p). The role is office-based (near Canary Wharf).
