Service Now Consultant in United Kingdom

Novosco is an established ServiceNow partner with successful implementations completed across Ireland and the UK. We are seeking to expand our ServiceNow team with the addition of experienced ServiceNow consultants, analysts and developers.

Job description

ServiceNow Experience

  • ITSM including Service Portal, Incident Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Service Level Management

  • Service Portal Design

  • Orchestration and Workflow Design

  • Design of Performance Analytics frameworks

  • ITOM including Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping and Cloud Management

  • IT Asset Management

  • Software Asset and Licence Management

 

Experience of additional ServiceNow products including GRC and HR are desirable though not mandatory.

 

The role requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the design and deployment of ServiceNow within an enterprise organisation.

 

Personal Skills

  • Ability to lead customer workshops (presales, design and implementation)

  • Strong presentational and written skills (sales proposals and design documents)

  • Working knowledge of business analysis and agile development methodologies

  • Ability to develop of functional specifications and stories for implementation by the ServiceNow development team

  • A willingness to adopt new ServiceNow products and to mentor other members of the ServiceNow team

 

The role will primarily be based in Belfast, however some travel to client locations across Ireland and the UK may be necessary.

Training

 

Internal training on products and services will be provided. However, staff are expected to consistently keep abreast of new developments, which would impact on their areas of responsibility. Personal training

 

in relation to this job description will be given as part of the company’s overall personnel development program.

 

Conditions of Employment

 

Salary: The salary and benefits for this position will be determined according to the experience of the person appointed.

 

General Guidance: The nominal working week is 37.5 hours, although a degree of flexibility is both offered and expected. In specific circumstances there may be a requirement to work additional hours. Annual holidays are 24 days plus 7 statutory holidays.
