visitors from across the globe and showcasing The World of Jo Malone London™ to
our customers, global colleagues, and corporate clients and media contacts.
Creativity
is our day to day. From the signature Hand and Arm massage to hosting wedding
consultations where you will help people bottle some of their most precious
memories. From floral crowns to graffiti artists, chocolate tasting and
cocktail master classes, our services and events are the talk of the town. As
Assistant Boutique Manager, your role will be to elevate these events and draw
success from them. You will also be accountable for the smooth running of the
store, and ensuring all your team are aligned in the Boutique and Brand vision.
The Assistant Manager will support the Boutique Manager in all
aspects of running the business and will efficiently take control of the
business in the Boutique Manager's absence.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be warm, kind and friendly,

crisp image.
Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience
The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalizedcustomer service
Previous business planning experience including setting sales andcustomer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilitiesmanagement and cash reconciliation
Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customerservice targets
Experience of creating and executing in-store events
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends andspecial events in a fast-paced work environment
Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work inthe country if invited to attend for interview
