What are you going to do:
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of 10 advisors
- Monitoring KPI’s
- Providing support where needed
- Assisting with holiday cover
- Monitoring all calls coming into the department whilst hitting and maintaining the KPI target
(This includes the running of reports and the walking of the floor to make sure all coordinators are active)
*Temporary positions of approx 6-month post with a view to be extended*
