What are you going to do:
THE ROLE:
- You will be creating a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy for Van Hawke Sports
- Use the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communications
- You will lead the charge in researching sector specific publications and journalist contacts
- You will work directly with the CEO
- You will support the writing and development of marketing and sales collateral
- Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met
- You will be responsible for maintaining Van Hawke Sports’ social media channels (Twitter and LinkedIn) including content production
- You would be on hand to support with Van Hawke Sports’ PR efforts
- Assist in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion

- A good understanding of business management structures
- A great understanding for how and which brands use sports sponsorships
- A good understanding of influencer marketing
- A solid handle on how to use online platforms including social media to generate leads
- Be familiar with MS Office Suite
- Focused and pro-active
- Strong work ethic
- Self-motivated
- Driven and ambitious
- Very good communication skills
- Fluent in written and conversational English (other languages are a bonus)
- Degree qualifications (or equivalent) and higher
- Eagerness to learn about sports marketing and partnership management
