Nutritional Expert (9119) in Chelmsford

As a Nutrition Expert you will coach and guide our customers in finding the right health & nutritional solutions to their dietary requirements. You will educate and recommend products to our customers utilising your extensive product knowledge across all our nutritional range providing a personalised customer experience.

Key Accountabilities:

• Be a Brand Ambassador across our nutrition ranges (full product training given)
• Provide advice, guidance and recommendations to support our customers' needs
• Confidently approach customers to increase awareness across our natural beauty range
• Provide a unique, personalised experience tailored to each customer
• Conduct live product demonstrations
• Work to personal, store and business KPI's
• Perform day to day operational tasks to ensure the store trades to company standards
• Promote cross selling across ranges, reward cards and in store offers.
• Take payment for products within the store
