Immediate Start - Business Development Associate - Remote Work

We are seeking a Business Development to associate. The role is aimed to seek and create partnerships with companies and organizations across New York, Singapore and London and to successfully support interns and companies through each stage of the placement process with clear and frequent communication. It also involves working with our prospecting tools to find, contact, and manage communications with our potential company partners and customers.

40 hours per week
Between £15,659 and £20,000 Per Year

What are you going to do:

Responsibilities:

  • Work with team members to acquire new host companies to our program.
  • Manage relationships with existing host companies in London and build relationships
  • with companies in New York.
  • Lead generation research, prospect and database management.
  • Assist companies with their enquiries over the phone and email.
  • Create data analytics reports weekly and monthly to monitor the effectiveness of outreach to organizations
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing companies and clients.
  • Develop new communication materials to make sure that both intern and company expectations are well managed throughout the process.
  • Support other team members when necessary

Experience:

  • Business Development, Sales or Recruitment: 1 year (Required)
