Staff Wellbeing Assistant Apprentice - COVID-19 in Nottingham

Job description

Bring your whole self to work for us at NUH. We love diversity and we value your difference, your unique skills, knowledge and experience. Becoming one of our people may realise your potential, helping us to raise our performance in delivering world class healthcare to the diverse patient populations we serve. We particularly welcome applications from people who identify as Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic, or Disabled, as we are currently under-represented at NUH.

An exciting opportunity for an apprenticeship has arisen with our Staff Wellbeing team. The apprenticeship offers skills and training leading to a qualification in business administration but would also appeal to someone with an interest in healthy lifestyles and health promotion.

We are a small, friendly and busy team with a passion for supporting our staff to look at their wellbeing in a variety of ways. You will work closely with the Staff Wellbeing Lead, Staff Wellbeing Officers and specialist wellbeing practitioners to support the day to day delivery of a high quality staff workplace wellness programme across the Trust. We're looking for an individual with good communication skills, willing to learn and develop new skills who can work flexibly as a valued member of our team and has a commitment to wellbeing.

The apprenticeship will lead to a Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration and commitment will be required to complete the learning requirements. Support for learning on the job will be provided throughout.
