    Cygnet Health Care are currently recruiting for support workers to join their experienced and dedicated support team.

    Your Day-to-Day…

    You’ll be working 40 hours a week in A Supported Living setting with Adults with learning disabilities

     

    • Provide support and guidance on how to cook, clean, pay bills, manage their money & help develop their individual living skills
    • Encourage their love of animals and assist find voluntary work in a local animal shelter
    • Create & get actively involved in “pamper sessions”
    • Link in with the local community and seek out activities/work
    • Design & develop support plans that match the individual’s needs

     

     

    You have…

     

    • Genuine drive with a desire to make a real difference in people’s lives
    • Similar interests (a love of animals, interested in beauty, shopping)
    • A “go-getter” attitude
    • The ability to plan ahead & be “forward thinking”
    • Aptitude to empower & support service user independence.
