Senior Support Worker

Salary- £9.86-£11.30 including enhancements

Location - Cygnet Coventry, Lansdowne Street, Coventry, CV2 4FN

We are looking for a confident Mental Health Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working 38.5 hours a week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Coventry. You will need to be flexible to work a mixture of days/nights/weekends.

Cygnet Hospital Coventry offers specialist inpatient services for women across three wards, with step down facilities also forming part of the care pathway.

We are opening 3 new female wards

1 x mental health rehab

1 x personality disorder

1 x PICU

Your day-to-day…

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Support both management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs
• Report on medical & welfare needs as required
