HCSW – Earlham, Norwich
We are currently looking for caring, enthusiastic and flexible people to support a young child with complex health needs. The child has a tracheostomy, is mechanically ventilated for most of the time and has some sensory impairments. The successful candidate would be expected to care for the child in the home environment, providing clinical and personal care as well as stimulating them with developmentally appropriate activities.
The successful candidate will be a caring, compassionate and calm person, with a great sense of responsibility and commitment.
Experience in the field would be desirable but with the great training and education programme that all new staff receive you will soon have the skills and confidence to provide the highest quality care.
We are looking for full time /part time and Bank members of staff to provide cover for both day and night shifts.
Day shifts are 8:00am-8:00pm seven days a week. Waking nights are 8:00pm-8:00am seven nights a week. You will be expected to work both weekdays and weekends.
In return we can offer you:
Hourly Rate:
Monday to Friday Days 8am -8pm £8.72 per hour (Standard rate) non clinical support
Monday to Friday Days 8am -8pm £9,00 per hour (enhanced rate) Clinical support
Monday to Friday Nights 8pm -8am £11.34 per hour
Saturdays £11.34 per hour
Sundays & Bank holidays £13.95 per hour
