We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to help us scale and perfect our global B2B inbound lead generation strategy. As an early member of the marketing team this is an opportunity to build our digital marketing strategy almost entirely from the ground-up.
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you'll be given a healthy marketing budget to expand our tools and shape the future of our marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing start up and make a real difference to the global sales and marketing strategy.

Who you are:
You’re a data-driven, hands-on doer who is results-driven. You love learning and like complex problem solving.
You’re a whiz at running experiments and analyses and you likely have experience designing a structured experimentation process in either a marketing team or as part of growth projects.
Build a strategic marketing plan to meet our inbound demo and signup goals
Maintain a data-driven approach and continuously experiment and optimize tactics to exceed our goals while meticulously measuring our KPIs
Develop nurture and conversion campaigns for prospects and customers
Manage B2B social media channels to raise awareness and increase lead generation
Proactively develop and execute a content plan ensuring that the messages are on brand, reflect the focus for the business and convert effectively
Manage the design and production of all marketing content and collateral
Develop reporting dashboard to track process and conversions
Manage online advertising (Google Ads, Linkedin) strategy and spend
Develop keyword clusters and content strategy

Oversee all customer-facing content and emails launches (Ideation, writing, design, build and QA))
4+ years developing inbound marketing strategy in a business to business environment
Proven experience increasing inbound leads using online strategies
Ability to take ownership of all marketing activities and work off own initiative
Experience with online marketing tools e.g. email automation, Adwords, Analytics
Passionate about being part of a successful team
Previous experience in the Pharma/Life Sciences/Healthcare industry not necessary
Photoshop skills so they can create images etc.
Data viz skills so they can create content themselves
