HCSW – Syndenham. London
We are currently looking for caring, enthusiastic, friendly and flexible people to support and look after a young girl with a tracheostomy in the Syndenham area, in her own family home. Successful candidates would be expected to work with our patients on a one to one basis, with support from the family and a nurse on call 24hrs a day. You will be responsible for providing clinical and personal care as well as being able to stimulate our patients with development appropriate activities.
Successful candidates must be caring, compassionate and calm people with a great sense of responsibility and commitment. You must have good observational and communication skills, be flexible and able to work within a team.
Experience in the field would be desirable but with the great training, education programme and support that all staff receive you will soon have the skills and confidence to provide the highest quality care.
Shifts: 3 days per week term time (school hours only roughtly 8.30am-15.30pm).
In return we can offer you:
Hourly Rate:
Monday to Friday Days 8am -8pm £8.72 per hour (Standard rate) non clinical support
Monday to Friday Days 8am -8pm £9,00 per hour (enhanced rate) Clinical support
Monday to Friday Nights 8pm -8am £11.34 per hour
Saturdays £11.34 per hour
Sundays & Bank holidays £13.95 per hour
