Job description

Whether it is redesigning organisations to become more flexible, defining requirements for new systems, or simply understanding how things work today, our customer tech team is the beating heart of all of our projects.

 

In practical terms, here's some of the things you might get up to.

- Understand and manage the user experience for retail products.

- Deliver simplified, personalised journeys that are intuitive and simple.

- Implement improvements to design and functionality of key user experiences across the public website.

- Working with a wide range of stakeholders.

- Understand customer need, business objectives and problem statements to help create best in class user journeys.

- Stakeholder Management: building and maintaining strong relations with key stakeholders - product, proposition, compliance and other marketing peers.

- High level of collaboration, clear communication and co-ordination in order to deliver quality digital experiences.

- Continually review and refine the IA (information architecture) and overall UX (user experience) to ensure optimal performance to better meet our customers' needs.

 

The bit about you.

Required:

- 3+ years AEM experience

- 3+ years Javascript/Html/CSS experience

Education & Experience Requirements:

- BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
