About Ourglass

Wine Ourglass Wine is an online wine club serving Great Britain. Since launching last year, it’s developed a well received product, a loyal and growing customer base, and a distinctive brand and social presence (including 3000+ Instagram followers). It delivers serious wine that doesn’t cost the earth, not available in the supermarket delivered, direct to your home.

In response to customer feedback, Ourglass has prototyped a messenger-based wine recommendation product, called WinesApp. The idea behind WinesApp is to provide timely, trustworthy wine advice when people are in London’s restaurant or in store (i.e. complementing Ourglass’ at home offer). Prototype testing has further qualified the need – even in the midst of COVID 19 – and the task is to develop/launch an MVP website that a) captures interest among consumers and b) demonstrates the experience for investors.

Ourglass operates remotely, with team members in London, Cornwall and the south east. You will be working directly with CEO and founder, Benedict Johnson, initially gathering insight/requirements and then collaborating on the solution.
