    Joining this school as a trainee Maths teacher you will be working closely with an inspiring team in the school’s supportive Maths department. You will start by working a Teaching Assistant/Academic Mentor where you will get to know the pupils and start building up your knowledge of the Maths Curriculum at Key Stage 3 and 4. As your skill and confidence grow, you will be introduced to lesson planning, behaviour management and lesson delivery. Over the course of the two years, the time you spend teaching a whole class will steadily increase, ensuring you develop into a confident classroom practitioner.
