This Primary Trainee Teacher role is an incredible opportunity for a graduate who is set on becoming an outstanding teacher. Our training programme, Premier Pathways, offers additional layers of support outside of the school to ensure you have the tools and network in place to focus on becoming an outstanding teacher. In partnership with the University of Buckingham, the successful Primary Trainee Teacher will be awarded a PGCE with QTS.
As a Primary Trainee Teacher, you will be joining this Slough school in a support role capacity, learning the ropes of a successful learning environment whilst slowly increasing your responsibility. Your PGCE begins in Year 2, where you will continue at your school, earning a salary and paying no tuition fees!
Ideally, the school are looking for a Primary Trainee Teacher with a good academic record and a clear desire to become a teacher. This can be demonstrated with previous child-related experience, either in a voluntary, tutoring or past employment capacity.
