Become a Rental Agent in Spain this summer!

We are looking for capable Rental Agents to present and lease properties to prospective clients. You will start as a rental assistant and when the rental coordinator thinks you are ready, you will become a rental agent. This will enable you to have your own clients.

35 - 40 hours per week

What are you going to do:

Your DAILY responsibilities here at Casamona:
 
  • Get clients through different portals.
  • Get information about the client/owners and their preferences. Make sure all information is recorded on our database (Sooprema).
  • Organise visits and coordinate with the marketing department if a photo visit is needed.
  • You will be the intermediary between the owners and the clients.
  • Make sure the listings are well-listed and that any of your flat finds have all the information a client would need.
  • Flat Finding - you must find flats to publish on our website through different portals, through the Upcoming Calendar, through referrals and by asking owners if they have any other apartments. Must have at least 2 per week.
  • You need to know how to create a contract, and need to know where all of the contracts are.
  • You need to make sure the whiteboard and the deal sheet  is updated with all of your deals and Flat Finds.
  • Keep in contact with all of your clients on your client list.
  • Keep your Google Calendar updated so that we know where you are and so that we can keep track of how many visits you are doing. You must also keep track of how many days off you have had.
  • Take note of accomplished tasks and what needs to be done the following day. This will be used to measure your performance and role within the company. Use your Trello board to keep upper management informed.

Extra information

  • As a team, we need to close 12 rental deals a month.
  • You will work for 4 hours on a Saturday at least once a month and at the most twice. You will then be allowed a day off during the week if you do so.
Commission: 
  • No fixed salary - 100% commission based. (maximum 35 hours a week)
  • You have the choice between receiving 10 euros per flat find or a 10% commission if the property is rented.
