In most cases, you will be working closely with product managers and designers to create engaging user interface copy and documentation so that end-users can easily complete their tasks through either an app or a website. The roles involve a blend of short form writing all the way through to development of documentation to overseeing translations.

Typical responsibilities include:
· Writing engaging, helpful and user-friendly copy for UI and user documentation
· Working on guidelines to ensure tone of voice consistency across all touchpoints
· Working closely with Product Managers, Designers and Developers to enhance the understanding and usability of products
· Enhancing tools and processes so that the business can deliver high quality products effectively
