What are you going to do:
The Fundraising and Data Management Intern will:
- Develop and implement creative strategies to achieve ambitious fundraising goals
- Source and cultivate high-quality donor leads
- Initiating and maintaining contact with funders and potential funders
- Gather information and build up contact databases
- Managing accounts
- Understand customer and donor needs and requirements
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Requirement:
- Good social skills and networking skills
- Computer skills, especially database management
- Organisational skills
- An ability to solve problems and take initiative, and a willingness to take responsibility for the management of accounts and confrontation of obstacles
- Excellent research and oral communication skills
- Creativity and agility
- Undergraduate or degree (graduated or in progress) in business and/or management preferred
- Commitment 15-20 hours/ a week
- Previous experience in fundraising preferred
