Customer Support in Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea

The role will consist of processing orders, managing stock levels and dealing with customer predominately over message and email, with some calls.

12 - 14 hours per week
£10.00 Per Hour

What are you going to do:

Kinchito is an online homeware store that sells across Amazon, Facebook, Instagram and more. The role will require you to log in for a few hours in the morning and in the afternoon. You will process orders via various backoffice systems and respond to any messages or questions from our customers. A postive friendly approach to every situation is a must!
