Strategy& Females of the Future Final Year Programme, London, 2020

Job description

We’ve launched our new Strategy& Females of the Future Programme, a one-day insight programme where
you’ll meet and learn from our inspiring women, and find out what a future career with us in strategy consulting
could look like. During the day we’ll break down myths and provide hints and tips to help you build your confidence and resilience to support you throughout our recruitment process. This is a one-day virtual programme open to all.

The day will consist of a series of engaging activities; you’ll hear from our inspiring Strategy& females, ranging from those at the start of their career through to our leaders, who’ll share their career journeys with you and explain why diversity matters so much to us. We’ll also break down some of the myths around our application process and build your confidence to help you prepare
for our case study interviews, giving you the opportunity to practice in a friendly and supportive environment. You’ll get lots of opportunities to ask questions and network with our people throughout the day too.

To be eligible for the programme you’ll need to be:
  • In your final year of study/ recently completed your undergraduate/masters degree

  • Be on track/ or have achieved a 2.1 in your undergraduate degree

  • Have the right visa eligibility to start a graduate programme in September 2021 or Spring 2022

  • Be available to attend our programme on either 25th September 2020 or 2nd October 2020

What next?

To gain a place on the one-day Strategy& Females of the Future Programme*, you’ll complete the first half of the Strategy& recruitment process. Then after you’ve completed the programme, there may be an opportunity for you to be considered for our final round assessment centres for the Strategy& Graduate schemes.

*You will not be assessed on the day of the programme.
