This Account Director role is working for an award winning, full-service agency, located in a lovely factory conversion building in London. Our client prides themselves on their friendly and fun culture. This boutique style agency operates within a wide range of client categories, including FMCG, beauty, electricals and alcohol.
This fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Account Director to work across a wide variety of projects, with integrated experience being key. Nurturing and growing their clients' accounts will be imperative for success, this Account Director will act as a trusted advisor and main liaison. This role will be reporting into the Client Service Director, managing a team including an Account Manager and their direct report.
The key day to day task of the Account Director includes:
-Managing projects end to end, from strategy to delivery
-Having regular contact with key senior clients and day to day client liaisons
-Delivering a strong point of view on all things creative and strategic in line with the market and the client's specific category
-Managing client budgets, ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner and within scope
-Managing their team's development and progression
To be a good fit for this role:
-You will be an experienced Account Director
-You will be agile, with experience working across a wide range of projects
-You will be commercially minded, able to identify and progress growth opportunities
-Have proven experience in digital, crucially with broader integrated experience
-Have experience in managing and nurturing teams
-Must be collaborative - the agency has a real start-up vibe to it
