Shifts: 39 hours, shift patterns being; 1 week early shift - 6:00 - 14:00, 1 week late shift - 14:00 - 22:00, 1 week of night shift - 22:00 - 06:00 and Saturday morning 1 in 3 weeks.

Leading and working alongside a small close-knit team, our Team Leaders ensure the daily plan is implemented and all targets and deadlines are met, but with an eye for detail so that only the highest standard of goods are produced and packed. Positive and enthusiastic, they engage with their teams and are on hand to provide direction and support whilst still ensuring all policies and procedures are met.

Your holiday entitlement starts with 4.2 weeks, in addition to bank holidays, which increases with service up to a maximum of 6 weeks after 25 years’ service. (Pro-rata for part time)
