As a Registered Nurse, you will take responsibility for thewell-being of our residents, including making sure their physical, emotionaland social needs are met. Leading, motivating and mentoring to your team anddelivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth andefficient running of the care home. Carrying out assessments and developing,implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of ourresidents. Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe andconform to relevant standards, policies and legislation. Generally promotingour residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the verybest standards of care and striving for continuous improvement.
If joining HC-One in the capacity of a Pre-Registered Nurse,you will be under supervision from a Qualified Nurse until you have achievedfull NMC registration.

What you’ll need
We’re looking for a Registered Nurse with a valid pinnumber, with knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice.Applications are also welcome from eligible overseas qualified nurses who wishto gain their NMC pin, and practice in the UK. HC-One will cover the cost forthe Tier2 application and healthcare surcharge as well as financial support tocomplete OSCE training and examination (up to 3 attempts).
You will have a background in person centred care planningand ideally within a care home environment. Along with a willingness to coach,guide and support your team on a daily basis, including provision of formal andinformation programmes of teaching to colleagues and other care professionals.A genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding yourprofessional development. A respectful, courteous and compassionate nature andbelief in giving your personal best at all times.
