PensionMandate, an investment mandate data platform, is looking for recent graduates interested in 6-month paid placements part of the Kickstart Scheme. The work must be conducted from home and will focus on desktop research, sales support and help the participants to gain more skills.
We wish to recruit several recent graduates to get involved with some of our tasks including gathering data about institutional investor activity, asset allocation, manager searches, content generating, desktop research, sales and marketing support.
In the current context, we will conduct the work from home. Our platform is a digital product and the work can be conducted from everywhere.
The candidates must be familiar with internet, MS Office, have excellent writing skills in English and, preferably, in other languages. They must be trained or have an interested in Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing and other related subjects.
This placement will help the participants to become familiar with working with investment data, gaining knowledge about the investment management sector from practice.

Context: Kickstart Scheme – The government will introduce a new Kickstart Scheme in Great Britain, a £2 billion fund to create hundreds of thousands of high quality 6-month work placements aimed at those aged 16-24 who are on Universal Credit and are deemed to be at risk of long-term unemployment. Funding available for each job will cover 100% of the relevant National Minimum Wage for 25 hours a week, plus the associated employer National Insurance contributions and employer minimum automatic enrollment contributions.
