Bank Mental Health Nurse / RMN - COVID-19 in Gloucester

We are looking for a professional, ambitious & confident Mental Health Nurse / RMN to join our dedicated bank team as a based at our specialist personality disorders service in Gloucester.

You will be working as a Bank Nurse at Cygnet Alders Clinic.

Cygnet Alders Clinic is a 20 bed rehabilitation service providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for women with personality disorder and complex needs. Cygnet Alders Clinic is on the Welsh Hospital Framework with specialist service status.

Your Day-to-Day…

• Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations.
• Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality.
• Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals.
• Administer prescribed medicines with Healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines.

You are…

• Open, compassionate, honest & resilient mental health nurse / RMN that is able capable of maintaining documentation and undertaking audits.
• Well informed of the Mental Health Act 1983 & have an understanding of latest nursing practices.
• Focused on patient recovery to monitor, manage & reduce risk. Able to help empower & support service user independence.
