We are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide an administrative service to Oncology Medical Records. Duties will include requesting and tracing notes; preparation on notes for clinic. Sourcing notes from around the Hospital and Local areas. Ability to work closely with a team and work on own initiative is essential.
