An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part -time Practice Nurse to come and join our team at our Windsor town centre based surgery.
You will be responsible for promoting patient self-care and providing safe and high quality nursing care to our 10,500 registered patients.
It is essential you have experience within a primary care setting and qualifications in Long Term Conditions such as Diabetes and COPD.
We are looking for 2/3 days per week.
