What are you going to do:
The Junior Operations Analyst will be responsible for:
- Weekly operations reportings across manufacturing, logistics, customer care and presentation to the wider business
- Product level performance reporting
- Data extraction and cleansing for the wider business (marketing, finance)
- Provide analytical insight and deep dive analysis for internal stakeholders to both inform and support operational and strategic decision making
- Ad hoc analysis and projects across all business units including finance, retail and marketing
- Identify and implement improvements in existing processes
- Participate in defining our future analytics roadmap using tools such as Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau

- Intermediate Excel skills (Index match, pivot table)
