About The Role
Calling all people who are kind, caring and want to make a difference by joining our team of Key Workers: your community needs you!  HC-One is one step closer to bringing a new care home to York.

Mossdale Residence is due to open later this year and will be the first purpose-built HC-One provision in the city of York. A state of the art, luxury care home located in the popular residential area of Burnholme providing high quality residential, nursing and dementia care for up to 80 elderly people. Offering a range of hotel-style facilities located on the ground floor including a cinema room, bar, hair and beauty salon, hobby and crafts room, a beautiful landscaped central courtyard garden, and a range of lounge, dining and outdoor terrace spaces throughout. Residents will be able to experience the highest quality residential, nursing and dementia care delivered by HC-One, an organisation with a 96% satisfaction rating from Residents and families.

About You

We’re looking for someone with a background working with vulnerable individuals, ideally developing meaningful activity programmes. But what’s important is your positive energy, natural ability to get along with people and a flexible approach to your working hours to meet the needs of the Residents we support.

You’ll have good planning, organisational and IT skills and be able to manage your time effectively. And, whenever you communicate with a Resident or co-worker, you’ll be truly considerate and kind.
