We have an exciting Apprenticeship opportunity within the Conference Service within the Clinical Education Department at UHL on a 15 month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who wish to develop their administration and customer service skills in a supportive environment, with colleagues who are willing to help and mentor them throughout their apprenticeship with UHL.
Within the conference service you will provide day to day administrative support to our conference manager and course directors in delivering a wide variety of courses/conferences. You will gain significant exposure to events management and administrative procedures.

We are looking for someone who has good interpersonal skills, who is able to communicate calmly with everyone they come into contact with, both from the public and fellow healthcare professionals.
Working as part of a dedicated conference service team is a priority, you must be able to demonstrate good IT skills and the ability to work unsupervised at designated times.
