About us: We're primarily a data centre 'cloud hosting' company but we also provide residential and business Internet connections, 1st line support, bespoke networking and IT services to a wide range of clients. We're a full 24x7 operation based Segensworth in Fareham. The Role: We're looking for a an enthusiastic self driven person to join our small team. You would be working a shift rota including nights, bank holidays and weekends on a 5 on 5 off basis totaling 30 hours per week. The role includes overseeing all aspects of the data centre, liaising with clients in person and over the phone, dealing with 1st line support queries via phone and our ticketing system.
