The purpose of the role is to manage the Hichrom Technical Department of Technical Specialists. The Technical Department Manager is responsible for the Technical Team and serves as a customer service and technical support function in the area of chromatography. The Technical Department Manager seeks to achieve best in class service and expertise and to drive Avantor’s growth strategy in the LCMS Workflow Lead the team and take an active part in responding to enquiries requiring technical support, recommendations and advice in all areas of chromatography.
