These could be generic jobsearch, confidence and motivation programmes, or literacy and numeracy, to ensure that customers have the appropriate experience and practical skills to move into employment, training or further education. To maintain paperwork (both electronic and paper based) and other documentation which may be required to a high standard. To job match customers to vacancies, arrange employer visits and work placement opportunities for customers with a view to them securing employment.
