What you will be doing

You will join the team that works well together to provide care for people with neurological Illnesses, Acquired brain and spinal cord injuries. Whether you have been a Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you will utilise your experience to support people to lead a valued and fulfilled life. 
 
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because of you.

The shift patterns include working nights and weekends, 12 hours a day, 3-4 days a week.

You will be working at Adderley Green, which consists of two units. Moorcroft Manor is a specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service for people with neurological illnesses, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries, while Gladstone House is a specialist inpatient unit for people over 65 living with complex dementia.

Both units have extensive facilities catering for the specific needs of people aged over 18 years who have complex neurological care and rehabilitation requirements, and those who are above 65 and living with complex dementia.

You will working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver truly person-centred services where each individual is at the heart of everything.
