We require a Growth Marketer to assist in growing our user base, mainly through SEO, for our upcoming subscription service and ensuring we are active and responsive on social media. The long term requirement is to be the number one search result on Google for our related search terms.
The first few weeks of the role will entail getting to grips with the company ethos, branding and messaging. During this time, targets will be set for various tasks. The target may look like this “Complete images for new website”. This vague target will have multiple mini targets within it to be hit, and support will be on hand for pointers, however autonomy is expected.
Once our new website is completed, you will be in a position where you know the ins and outs of the organisation and will be expected to do your own research to help create content and shape the future of Do Not Age. Quarterly targets will be based around social media engagement, longer term targets will be purely SEO based. We require our website to be the number one result on the first page of Google for multiple relevant search terms.
General social media management and growth, the manipulation of on brand, professional imagery will also be involved. The role also involves other menial duties that may be required at our facility. Flexibility is key.
Every task is to be undertaken with the mission in mind, to extend healthy human lifespan for as many people as possible.
