We are looking for a competent and dynamic office manager to join our team on a Full-time, Temporary, Contract and assist in our ongoing success. As office manager, you’ll be faced with varying challenges and responsibilities. Your tasks are likely to include:
Finance administration, including issuing invoices and reconciliation
Ensure General Office Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all times
Completing documentation for Grant applications and general filing and records maintenance
Assist senior members of staff with personal administration/ management of diary and the taking of minutes at meetings when required
To provide hospitality within the office
Maintain relevant databases’ and ensure data protection regulations are followed at all times
Responsible for the recruitment process and induction of new staff members
Organising all aspects of meetings and events as an when required, to include any company social events
Ordering office supplies – including basic kitchen supplies, stationery, equipment, and first aid supplies amongst other things
Day to day Health and Safety responsibility
Liaising with the insurance company, accountants, HR
Other ad-hoc duties as required for Operations and Marketing
